Are the stone beads solid or hollow?
All semi-precious and precious stone beads used in Samsara jewellery are solid. They are checked for smaller defects and cleaned before they are made into our pieces.
Why does my jewellery look slightly different from the picture in the catalogue?
Samsara jewellery features natural materials such as semi-precious stones, crystals and South Sea pearls. As these are natural materials and some are ancient pieces, sizes and colors may vary slightly from item to item.
Do we accept international orders?
We will happily accept orders from International locations. Please contact your local Samsara representative for more information.
Where can Samsara jewellery be purchased?
Samsara jewellery can be purchased from a select number of locations. Please refer to our contacts page. We are not a mass market company. We aim to provide our clients with personal service and unique precious jewellery.
Is Samsara a tradmarked company with registered designs?
Yes, Samsara is a trademarked company. Also trademarked is the Mandala ball that appears in the majority of Samsara jewellery pieces. The designs of the locks and stone combinations with the Mandala are registered designs.
