Tanzanite
The Tanzanite was first discovered in Africa in the year 1967, and it can only be sourced from a single mine in Tanzania. The pure, blue-violet hue of the stone, combined with its rarity, gives it a high demand in fine haute couture jewellery. The Tanzanite gemstone is relatively soft and is very difficult to cut without chipping.
We are honored at Samsara Jewellery to be the first jewellery brand in Scandinavia to present this very unique stone in our collection, both in brilliant cut shape and plain round gem balls. The carat weight is 0.01-6.0 carat.
