Guarantee Disclaimer
Samsara provides 2 years of full-time guarantee against all manufacturing defects on all Samsara items from the date of purchase. After this period we provide restringing and overall service at a reasonable fee.
Please note that the Samsara guarantee does not cover faults arising from:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage or mistreatment.
• Modifications to the original design.
• Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, sunless tanners, chlorine, salt water, oil or other agents.
Certificate of Authentication
Each piece of Samsara jewellery is sold with a International Guarantee Card. This card carries a guarantee of quality materials and craftsmanship and is your assurance that your purchase is an authentic piece of Samsara jewellery.
